This is a highly explicit photograph taken from a medium close-up angle at eye-level, focusing on two nude, muscular, young adult males engaged in a sexual act on a bed with light gray sheets. The man on the left, who appears to be of Latino descent with light brown skin, dark hair, a backwards black baseball cap, featuring a toned, defined physique, and is lying on his back with his legs spread apart exposing his limp penis that hangs over over his smooth round testicles. The Latino male also wears a pink plastic cock ring. The submissive Latino's facial expression is contorted with eyes closed and mouth slightly open, suggesting a state of ecstasy. The second man, who is partially out of frame on the right, is African American muscular male with his erect, uncircumcised erect penis, with a metal cock ring around the base of his genitals, is positioned next to first man, with a large dark brown erect penis prominently displayed. The African American's penis head squirts a thin stream of white liquid semi-translucent fluid from the tip of the penis splashing directly down on to the naked body of the man below, suggesting ejaculation. The background includes a white, ornate metal headboard and dark walls. The lighting is natural, coming from the left side of the frame, highlighting the men's physiques and the textures of the bed sheets.
