Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of nsfwdalle.ai (the "site"). The site is run by AI Workflows LLC, a Florida company ("we"). By using the site you accept these terms.

1. Adults only

You must be 18 or older, and of the age of majority where you live, to use the site. Do not use the site where adult content is illegal.

2. What the site is

The site is a library of text prompts for AI image models. We do not generate images on the site. Prompts are provided as they are, for information.

3. Content rules

  • Content must be legal and consensual.
  • Content must not involve real (actual) minors or realistic-looking minors. It must not sexualize anyone under 18, in any form.
  • No real-person likeness without that person's consent. No celebrities, no named private people.
  • No non-consent, no bestiality, no incest and no other illegal content.

Prohibited content is removed. We may remove any content at any time.

4. Your use of prompts

You are responsible for what you make with a prompt and for the tools you use. Use prompts only for legal content that follows the rules above and the rules of your tool.

5. Reports and removal (48 hours)

Report content that breaks these rules, including non-consensual intimate imagery and AI-generated likeness of a real person, at Report content or by email to legal@nsfwdalle.ai. When we receive a valid removal request we remove the content within 48 hours, as the TAKE IT DOWN Act requires. We also remove known copies on the site.

6. Sponsored links

Some pages show offers from partners. They are marked "Offers / Ads" and "Sponsored". We may be paid when you click or sign up. The partners' own terms apply on their sites.

7. Trademarks

NSFWdalle is a parody name. NSFWdalle is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to OpenAI. DALL·E is a trademark of OpenAI. Other names belong to their owners.

8. No warranty, limits

The site is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from the use of the site.

9. Law

The laws of the State of Florida, USA apply, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes and contact
