In this image the focus of the subjects is actually the advertisement on a large billboard on the roof of an industrial style building along a highway that raises beside the row of industry builds.

The advertisement is for a dress, a woman wearing a red translucent plastic panel bandage dress on a black background.

The brand, streaking across diagonally, covering corner to corner of the sign, is simply a yellow lettering with white outline named "Exceptional".

He's wearing sheer black nylons, earrings, red lipstick, has short but styled hair, bright yellow pumps.

1960's style.

A single car, pink Cadillac, is present along the road and behind it, floating a bit above the road, is a colorful, green and yellow UFO.

A beam of light emits from a nozzle on the UFO and illuminates the car, cast a cone of light onto the street in this night time scene.
