An asian woman with dark hair and bangs, wearing a black dress, long black gloves, sheer black stockings, and black high-heeled boots, is depicted in a strappado-like suspension. Her wrists are bound together behind her back and elevated by red ropes, causing her body to lean forward. Bright red ropes also secure her upper arms, just above her knees, and around her ankles. A black bit gag is positioned in her mouth. She gazes intently at the viewer. The scene takes place indoors with a light-toned, patterned stone floor and a dark, draped background. A wooden table with an open book and a lit candle and a chair are visible to the right, contributing to a moody and dramatic setting.
