Realistic image taken from inside a wooden room in the forest. Three women are kneeling, each bound with thick rope around their wrists and ankles to prevent movement.

The woman on the left is wearing a short blue floral dress. The second woman is wearing jean shorts and a pink T-shirt, the third woman is wearing leggings with a light green sports bra. All the women have dishoveled hair.

Their faces are covered by silver duct tape sealing lips and mouths tightly shut, eyes wide open and staring directly into the camera's lens and appear anxious or fearful.

The wooden room has one closed padlocked door and one very small window with bars where forest trees can be seen. It has a dirt floor and a worn matress that the women are kneeling on.

Behind the women stands a colorful clown character holding a black paddle in one hand
