[0S-3s] Medium shot of a woman in a purple dress standing on a busy city sidewalk, pedestrians walking past in both directions. She looks at the viewer with a subtle smirk, then glances at the woman in front of her wearing a white tank top. The woman in purple raises a wand slightly, whispering: "Borrowing these." Energy shimmers around the wand tip. Ambient city sounds: footsteps, distant traffic, muffled conversations.

[3s-7s] Visible energy flows from the woman in white to the witch. The woman in white's chest deflates rapidly, her tank top sagging empty as she flattens to almost nothing, her gasping and looking down in shock and alarm. Simultaneously, the witch's chest expands outward, purple fabric pulling tight, buttons straining, large breasts pressing against the material with deep cleavage visible. The crowd continues walking by, mostly oblivious. Soft magical humming sound with a whoosh of energy.

[7s-10s] The witch, now with prominently large breasts straining her purple dress, lowers her wand. She turns toward the camera and walks forward, her enhanced chest swaying and jiggling with each step, fabric pulling tight. The now-flat woman behind her turns around, hands clutching her empty shirt. Her eyes widen, mouth falling open as she speaks: "What—where did they go?" She spins frantically, arms raised, clutching her cest. "Someone help! They're gone!" Panicked, distraught voice. City ambience continues.

[10s-15s] Tracking shot follows the witch walking directly toward the viewer, large breasts bouncing and swaying heavily with each step, purple dress fabric straining. She calls over her shoulder: "I'll bring them back! Eventually." Satisfied smirk on her face, confident stride. The camera pushes in slightly as she approaches. Footsteps and fabric sounds, her voice clear and pleased.
